How to send your drive to us for a free quote:

• Please print and enclose this form with your drive. 
• We'll primarily communicate with you via email during the recovery, so please ensure you use a frequently-checked email address.
• Please provide a brief description of the most important files you need recovered - the back of the form is fine for this purpose.
• Sending via Registered Post or Express Post Platinum is recommended, as these are tracked & insured services, and are also usually very fast.
• Please ensure you pack your drive carefully - ideally, use a box rather than a bag, enclosing your drive in an anti-static bag & serveral layers of bubble-wrap.

A quick note on recoveries: there is no charge for a quote (typically provided within 48 hours of receiving your drive) and absolutely no obligation to proceed once it is provided. If you do choose to proceed with a quote, there is no charge unless your recovery is deemed successful - something you will be able to confirm prior to payment by viewing a text listing of the recovered files.
